Our attentive and friendly team is run by Michelle, whom takes great pride in the lodges cleanliness and appearance. She says “I wish for our guest to feel welcome and relax like it is their home away from home”.

Locals Geoff, Liz, Sally & Anna are also part of our amazing team, and often joined by international travelers having an exchange experience. All providing great banter and travel tips to help you discover the beautiful Matakana Coast and make the most of your stay.

We’re all locals - from sharing the vibrant wine culture, to helping you find the best fishing spots, we can help you fill a special weekend away or just unwind in our relaxing grounds. We’re in a great spot to access all the best food, drink and activities Matakana Coast has to offer, with door-to-door access to Matakana Tours.
